Womenfolk: A Celebration of Women in Food
Join us on Friday, August 16 for our fourth Womenfolk Celebration. Back from a little hiatus, we are excited to reignite our experience of dining with our favorite women who are beautiful cooks and in as love with food as we are.
This month we welcome a menu created by Meaghan, our food enthusiast and regular staff member here at the shop. Her menu is as follows:
On the Table:
Charred Sourdough + Good Salted Butter
Kentucky Cantaloupe
Mixed Olives & Nuts
First Course:
Local greens, red wine vinaigrette, lemon, grated parmesan, toasty nuts
Second Course:
Creamy tomato broth with your on the table goodies, from-scratch ricotta, herby meatballs and herb salad accompaniment
Sweet Thing:
Cobbler with from-scratch ice cream
Good wine and sparkling drinks on the table for your enjoyment.
