Thanksgiving Sides
Let us make your sides and you make the turkey :) This year we are keeping it classic as Fall ushers in a nostalgic rest, using recipes inspired by our ancestors and modern sisters like Alison Roman. Each side comes in a 9×13 Pan that we think feeds 4-6 people. They will include instructions for warming.

STUFFING
We think our version is a little bit fancy and all classic with local sourdough hunks, from scratch broth, celery, garlic, onion and tons of fresh herbs.
SWEET POTATOES
Ours are washed thoroughly and cut in thick discs with the skin on. Then we douse them in our special honey garlic glaze and roast them to perfection.
MASHED POTATOES
Mamaw’s classic Appalachian recipe with peeled russets, tons of butter and the creamiest texture imaginable.
GREEN BEANS & GREENS
swiss chard, green beans, fried shallots - put some green stuff on your plate, kid!
REALLY GOOD SALAD
arugula, goat cheese, pomegranate, pickled red onion, cracked buckwheat, candied pecans, fresh hers and creamy vinaigrette
