Where and when can I pick up my subscription packages?

Subscription packages can be picked up at our Nourished Folks Café or at our Southland area location.
Nourished Folks Café : 101 West Loudon Ave, Suite 168 in the Greyline Station
Wednesday from 4p to 6p or Thursday from 10a-3p
Southland Location: Exact address given upon ordering, but think near the Southland Public Park. This is a very SELF-SERVICE location with a very strict policy on not accommodating missed pickups. Your food will go to someone else if you do not pickup at this time. Thursdays ONLY from 4p to 8p!


Can you accommodate my preferences and allergies?

We do our absolute best! The easiest are vegan/vegetarian, dairy and gluten free. Since we make all of our food from scratch, those two are easy! We are a bit weary of strict nut allergies and other FODMAP diets, but will absolutely have a conversation. Send us a note orders@nourishedfolks.com if you are questioning.


Can I change my pickup time?

Totally! We make all of your food fresh on Wednesday’s, so if you forget— come on in on Thursday at the shop from 10a-3p! For Southland pickups, this pickup is very inflexible and we do not have the capacity for the logistics of changing this one without a week in advance. Someone will eat your food though :)


Can I pause my subscription if I need to?

Yes! Shoot us an email at orders@nourishedfolks.com when you need to pause and we will help you figure out some logistics there.
