We still maintain our stance that the best gift you can give someone, yourself and family included, is really good food. With our Freezer Meal Package, that really good food is ready to pull out when it’s needed and comes with instructions for freshness and taste factor.

As always, our food is packed with seasonal veggies, is made from scratch and is meant to take a load off. It is easily digestible, super comforting and full of flavor without preservatives. We take great care in making every inch of this food.

This package includes:

One Perfect Quiche
farm fresh eggs, vegetables and a protein
gluten free, can be vegan

Five Brunchy Burritos depending on our current tortilla size
seasonal vegetables, farm fresh eggs, sausage, cheddar cheese (or vegan if needed) all wrapped in a big tortilla

One Lasagna (8x6)
from scratch pasta sauce, veggies and lasagna noodles par-baked
can be vegan

Two Quarts of Nourished Folks Veggie Packed Soup
roasty seasonal vegetables, meats and beautiful warm broth that is perfect for pulling from the freezer

Two Quarts of Vegetable Fried Rice
white rice, vegetables, sesame & tamari for out of freezer cooking, warm spiced
